Current wheel proof

Abizor 0.1.7 ties Change Record output to its proof bundle.

This release records the current public Abizor CLI wheel and the Change Record consistency checks added to abizor verify-proof. The verifier now checks that Change Record JSON belongs to the same event log and manifest evaluator/evidence refs before accepting the proof bundle.

What changed

Change Record JSON is checked against event log and manifest identity.

Change Record JSON includes run identity, evaluator identity, package version, event log ref, and proof bundle refs.

abizor verify-proof rejects swapped or stale Change Record JSON when run id, evaluator package version, or evidence refs do not match the manifest and event log.

Change Record Markdown is still regenerated from the verified Change Record/event-log projection.

The event log remains the proof record.

Canonical truth remains the Abizor event log.

The manifest, Change Record, GitHub Check, summary, PR comment body, publish receipt, proof report, feedback export, and this public page are projections or evidence over that event log.
